Mechanical Engineer -building condition assessments Midtown in Manhattan, NY

Our client in New York City will be inspecting school buildings in all 5 boroughs. To this end, we are currently searching for degreed Architects, Mechanical Engineers and Electrical Engineers. Licensed Architects Senior Architect - Inspectors will inspect the building envelope and roof. Intermediate architects will inspect all interiors classrooms and offices.Mechanical Engineers will inspect HVAC, plumbing, boilers and fire protection devices. Electrical Engineers will inspect wiring, lighting and circuits. Our inspectors will input data on hand-held computers. Project will begin on or about October 15th. An extensive three week training period will follow.
